I’m sorry but that’s what ad blockers do. Even ads with premium ad brokers get blocked by ad blockers. There is no setting within Acabado that will circumvent ad blockers.
Sticky ads aren’t a function of Acabado. Ad brokers like Mediavine and Adthrive can configure this when they set up their service on your account. You can contact your ad broker to inquire on including sticky ads. The ad blocks built into Acabado are not sticky.
